To our Community Partners and Supporters,

The Board of Directors of Neighbor to Neighbor of the Carolinas (N2N) are pleased to announce the appointment of Ginny Waller, Esq. as Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Ginny Waller is an experienced Executive Director, skilled facilitator, licensed lawyer, and professional fundraiser with more than seventeen years of experience in nonprofit leadership development in governance and operations, strategic planning, and operational efficiency with specializations in navigating leadership transitions and building relationships.

“I am honored to join an established organization with a small but mighty staff and board ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. As an interim, my role is to provide support and stability to staff and operations, assess and enhance organizational culture and capacity, and build governance capacity. The goal is to ensure mission impact long after I am gone,” said Ginny Waller, Interim Chief Executive Officer, N2N.

During her tenure, Ginny will assist the organization in developing priorities for internal reorganization to foster continued growth. She will navigate the transition to set the organization and its new executive leadership on a continued path of success to promote independence, relieve isolation, and connect homebound adults to their community through transportation and technology.

Though difficult, change opens the door for opportunity. We are excited about the next chapter of the organization and appreciate your support as we undergo this leadership transition. We are delighted to have Ginny on board to help provide additional structure and leadership as we increase our impact.
